New Features - Running, Cycling and Strength Training
We have been working on a lot of exciting things that you guys suggested, and today we launched a few of them:
- You don’t have a lot of activities on LifeMojo
Now we do! A lot of people searched for a lot of activities and LifeMojo didn’t have the calories for them, now it does! We have recently added close to 1000 activities on LifeMojo
We also added a lot of Strength Training activities recently and modified the way activities used to be tracked on LifeMojo.
- Tell me the calorie burnt for Running at speeds apart from 8 and 12 km/hr!
LifeMojo used to have calories burnt for a few limited set of speeds, and used to ask just the duration to calculate the calories burnt. Now it lets you enter your speed, duration, distance and some optional additional things like heart rate and altitude gained to calculate the amount of calories you burnt. And that’s not it, a 95 Kg guy would obviously burn more calories than a 75 Kg guy even if they are running at the same speed
So the calorie burnt on LifeMojo is now dependant on your BMR.And we added the similar calorie calculation for walking and cycling too…
- I am a runner and I have goals apart from weight loss / gain!
Now you can set your Running, Cycling, Walking, Strength Training and Weight Management (Loss and Gain) goals on LifeMojo.
