… LifeMojo.com is surely a breath of fresh air in the startup clutter. For starters LifeMojo.com is a unique online platform aimed at providing complete and continuous wellness to millions of Indians. I would proudly tag LifeMojo.com as the best startup at the 5th edition of Proto.in…

Thank you Ashwin, for tagging us as the best startup at Proto :)

… health and lifestyle would be in focus for a lot of people for many decades to come and this where the Lifemojo guys are addressing a longterm and sizable market…

I will follow it from today, I swear!

January 15th, 2009

A lot of times, no matter how strong the resolve, we get distracted and stop following our fitness regimen.

This is a very nice problem that some of our users have brought forward and suggested us to adapt LifeMojo’s Calorie Budget Planning to address this reality.

We analyzed the usage patterns and saw, even if we miss out to track our food intake for two consecutive days, the daily/weekly calorie budget and the Weekly progress starts making less sense.

So, we thought why not have an option to forget about the past and start again!

Next time you miss out to track your calorie budget on LifeMojo for a couple of days, you would see a message with a nice icon saying “Forget about past, I will follow it from today, I swear!” on your myMojo Page, Weight Management Page and the Tracking pages.

Once you click on the link, your calorie budget would be recomputed and your Journey towards a healthier life would start again.

Start your Journey here…

January 15th, 2009

We have introduced a simple 3 step process for you to start your journey towards being fit and looking great. And the best part is, it hardly takes a minute and you are on your way to a better and healthier lifestyle.

Step 1: Help us know you a bit better

We just need your age, height, weight and gender to analyze your BMI (Body Mass Index) which determines if you are overweight, underweight or within your ideal weight range.

Step 2: Pick a Direction

Now that you know your BMI and where you are on the BMI scale, pick a direction. The direction you pick helps us guide you towards it.

(After Step 2, you need to log-in, if you are not already logged-in or if you don’t have an account with LifeMojo yet, you can quickly create one as part of the 3 Step Process)

Step 3: Set a Weight Goal

Set your target goal and the target date for this weight goal and you are done!

What do I get once I begin my journey with LifeMojo?

As per your goal and your direction, we calculate your weekly calorie budget. This is the amount of calories that you need to consume to achieve your target. For your convenience we also display your Daily calorie budget and your overall Weekly Progress which would help you to be on track.

Please measure your weight regularly on LifeMojo to monitor your progress.
